The Junior League of Boston's Great Boston Bake Off
Calling all bakers and foodies! Join the Junior League of Boston for the first-ever, Great Boston Bake Off on March 10, 2022, at 7 PM. Attendees will have the opportunity to taste and judge baked items, prepared by our very own members!

Tell us exactly what baked treat you will be bringing to this event by submitting this form by March 1, 2022. If you do not submit a baked good by March 1, 2022, you will be unable to participate as a baker in this event. A member of the Signature Events Committee will reach out on March 2, 2022 to confirm your participation as a baker.
Please bring your fully prepared baked good to HQ on the evening of the event along with a full list of ingredients, the name of the baked good, and a link to the recipe (if possible). Please bring any items you may need to present and serve your baked good. Please be sure that your baked treat can feed approximately 40 people. We will be unable to serve and judge any baked good that does not include a full ingredient list.

Members who register and attend this event will be awarded 1 development credit for registering and attending this event. Members must register and attend to receive credit.
For all in-person events at HQ, all attendees must provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19. Attendee vaccination cards will need to be shown at the front door, in advance of the attendee entering the building. The vaccination card can be the actual card or a photo image of the card. Should any individual not produce proof of vaccination against COVID-19, they will not be allowed to attend the event. Masks must be worn inside the building at all times.
For in-person events held at alternative venues, the venue policy will dictate what attendees need to do in order to participate. We advise attendees to be prepared to wear a mask and provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 at alternative venues.

Please note: Members will be responsible for paying a $25 fine to the League for any event or staffing shift in which they register but do not attend. If you cannot attend the event please cancel your registration prior to the start of the event. Should you be unable to join the event please reach out to Shannon at sodoherty@jlboston.org at least 72 hours after the event to avoid the $25 fine. The fine for the first offense will be waived. To avoid a fine, a member must cancel her registration on Digital Cheetah at least 48 hours before the start of the event. Events are inclusive of all trainings, member events, development events, volunteer staffing shifts, and community service engagements unless otherwise noted. If a member cancels her registration within 48 hours, she may avoid a fine by identifying a replacement attendee and alerting the relevant event contact of the substitution. For events where a waitlist is kept, the member should notify the event contact and will avoid the $25 fine only if someone from the waitlist is able to attend in her place.
For all waitlisted events: by signing up for the waitlist you are signing up for the event. You may get off the waitlist several hours or minutes before the event (you will receive an email). If you are not present and your name is bumped off the waitlist and placed into the event, you may be penalized as a no-show. By removing yourself from the waitlist at least 48 hours before the event, you will not be penalized as a late cancel or no-show if your name is added to the event late. If you are within the 48-hour cancellation policy and you want to be removed from the waitlist, please contact the relevant contact for the event as soon as you can to avoid a fine.
